I'm thinking of building a new box, but I'm wondering if I should wait a few more months to see what happens with PCI-e, or just stick with AGPx8. What do you guys think ?

Agp is still better than PCI ex no matter what anyone tells you.

Look at the benchmarks AGP still kicks it. PCI ex is way over hyped by the evil empire known as Intel.
