incorrect blocking

Hi,

I'd greatly appreciate your help on this. I have just spent hours online looking for a solution but can't find it. What happened is that a website I go on regularly stopped working on my home computer. It's www.seznam.cz
I get the message "This page cannot be found"
But when my husband tries at work, he can get on it easily.
I don't know if something in my computer is blocking this page. I really don't know what to do.
