Alright, what you should do is get Spybot S&D (downloads.com). Install it after you download it, then rin the update search to ge the current updates. Then do as mr. mixx said - restart in safe mode and run it in there. Once it is done scanning, click the "fix selected problems" button. If something says that it could not be corrected, then post the name here so we can help you more.
