Windows media player problem

Hello
When i play a DVD i like to watch it in full screen mode so i right click and press full screen a bigger picture comes up but it doesnt take up the full screen only about 3 quarters of it is it possible to get it bigger?

Try adjusting display properties in control panel - display. Or you monitor?

You could change your monitor so that it shows only the picture - just while you watch movies lol.

also when in fullscreen by default teh controls slide out of th way

Use a different player,What player are you useing ?
Get Powerdvd.

Yeah use a different player I recommend VLC its the best. http://www.videolan.org/ plays everything well except windows media play proprietery crap like .wmv

yeah but its a non threatening crash. Only crashes and does nothing else. I will say its buggy but its good. And the crashes are quick so its not that bothersome.

Try again,this one doesn't crash and installs the necessary codecs.
And we all know how important codecs are.right gang ?

Of course your video card comes with a dvd player,doesn't it.
Windows Media Player sucks.
Why are so many hung up on useing it ?
Mr BG must love all the info he's gathering from your PC.
