Windows 98 problem

I have a old windoze 98 computer that was sat in the attic for a few months so i decided to do something with it, i followed computer freaks instruction on how to reformat my hard drive and now when i try and start up it says Invalid System disk, replace the disk wat is the problem here ppl, quick reply appreciated

You don't have a bootable opperating system installed on it.
have you re-installed window yet? or just formatted the disk?

actually it might be as simple as a diskette left in the floppy drive.

yah I know... one school I went to tried to ship it back to compaq cuase of that.. I sure made them wet thier pants when I took the floppy out!!! hhehehehehe!!!

I took the floppy out i dont think is a operating system installed on it i have the Win 98 Disk but how do i install as i cant get on to My comp do i do somit with Bios?
