Slow down why so fast its not holdeing you back from using your PC.
========
TV out is highly overrated. It also requires an awfull lot of adjustments on your PC monitor first.(both visible)
Then the TV adjustments will be much different than watching TV.
In other words forget it and get a bigger PC monitor.
;) I did.I have TV in now.

Yeah but bluto he bought this card specifically for TV/OUT. I personally think its awsome you can use your computer to watch a dvd or avi and stuff.

But unfortunately the only thing I could say to AI is its possible becuase your card isnt that great.

RMA it to NewEgg. Hopefully you can exchange it for something different.

That right if it's for games. It does not work well with eg: MS Office.or the web.
But you need s-video out,and a tv with s-video in.
Still a pain without cordless devices.
By the way my first Atari was to my TV as monitors where expensive.
But Atari did a good job, anyone remember ?
Audio out was awsome too.

At one time I was left with choosing a 3d graphics card or a multi-unit.
I have a computer
So i decided 3d graphics only-
I have a TV for television.-It works way better than my computer ever will for tv.
Unless you have cable and want to record the playboy channel of course.

cmon please dont spam, we will help you.

Those cards I showed you will run things great.
