Hey, I'm looking to sell my PC, and I was wondering what a good price to ask
for it would be. Specs:

2.8 Ghz P4 w/800 Mghz FSB HT Technology
Radeon 9800 Pro 128 MB
80 GB Western Digital HDD 5700 RPM
1 GB Kingston PC 3200 RAM
Thermaltake Xaser V Case
Turtle Beach Santa Cruz 5.1 Sound Card
52x52xSomething DVD-ROM/CD-R/RW Combo-Drive

Windows XP Pro installed

If you guys could give me a hand, or if on the off chance one of you would l
ike to buy it off of me..let me know, any help would be greatly appriciated
.

For something like that I would be willing to pay around $700. maybe a litle higher.

LOl a dell? A dell is only good for scrap metal.

They must be doing something right. Last I heard they were selling about $18,000,000 worth of computers per day. If nothing else you gotta admire a company that can sell that many computers without even using the retails stores like Best Buy, etc.

Well thats becuase of their price not their quality. They take crap and sell crap for cheaper than anyone else.

not true. Certain dells are actually quite good. I own a Dell 400sc and they are actually quite decent for the price.

i got a Pentium 4 3.2, CD RW, 512 Megs of Ram, and other little necessities for 459 USD.
that is not bad at all. and the power supply that the 400sc comes with is top notch quality. They list it as 250 watt, but it really is more like 350+ or 400watt.

The tower is whisper quiet, and u can hear a pin drop in the room.

well back to topic.

if the parts that u have are not a generic brand, i' would consider to pay around 800 US dollars. How is the cooling in that thing.

Amen. I have a lot of Dell's that I maintain ranging from old Pentium II's up to 3 Ghz P4's and have had only a few minor problems with them (mainly Western Digital hard drives) that were quickly swapped out by Dell. Even the old PII's are still going strong.

yeh dell's are amazing quiet. Our school have alot of them, all P4's very great little machines. Its just i hate the price of the stuff mainly cuz' they dont put great stuff inside of that lil black case.

yeh i forgot.. Are you willing to sell individual bits. Like your graphics and willing to post to UK?
