Trend micro office scan says that viruses such as trojan can only be manually deleted. Something like that. How to delete trojan? I'm not sure the way i am asking this question is correct....
it gives u name of the file.
u go to search option, and den type in file name.
it'll come up, u turn off the file, if it's running, and den manually delete, simple.
Can we simply delete files ? What if we deleted important/ necessary files of the operating system?
Anyway, I think the virus is in the temporary internet files. It will still come back
thats why you should by norton systemworks it will stop the trojan from doing things. If you can identify which beast it is you can download specific removers from syamantec's web site.
