Hello, i installed the most current version of ethereal on my Thinkpad T41 running Windows 2000, my problem is that when i try and use my wireless nic as my interface it doesnt seem to be monitoring anything. Also when i launch ethereal, i get this error message in a separate DOS window.

(ethereal.exe:1084): Gtk-CRITICAL **: file gtkwindow.c: line 3107 (gtk_window_re
size): assertion `height > 0' failed

(ethereal.exe:1084): Gtk-CRITICAL **: file gtkwindow.c: line 3107 (gtk_window_re
size): assertion `height > 0' failed

Can anyone give me suggestions on whats going on?
Dont get me wrong, when i try and use it for a Ethernet cable (ie: CAT5) it works fine. And it grabs data, however it supports
802.11 MGT IEEE 802.11 wireless LAN management frame wlan_mgt
802.11 Radiotap

But its not working for mine. Any suggestions? Also i did what the instructions said to do and that was to install WinPCap, i have 3.1 beta installed currently. any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanx in advance.
