Possibly allowing Mods to temporary disable accounts may be a good idea? Just until the admin gets on to make a final decision. I don't know if thats possible.

Or the other angle would be not to give those gits attention and then hopefully they will just go away, which means not replying to their post and just locking the topics and then hopefully they will get it into their brains (Not sure if they have any) it is useless spamming here.

I recon we should add a tiny thing to the rules section where it forces the user to legally agree anything confirmed as spam by the admin means their email address is posted wherever they've spammed. LOL
