Who wants all Topics that have past their useful value closed?

PC or not PC

For example "cant open doc" etc. This is not a problem for the avg.home users.
Transfers of workers homework needs a seperate section if any.
Aren't they trained first ?
At least start with more info instead of ending with it.
Of course we didn't help , as we where'nt given enough details.
So whoever it is need 10 lashes with a wet noodle.
Amen.
:p

The wet noodle...Noooooooooo

Not the wet noodle.
There must b some other type of torture u can think of...

Lmfao.

I may create a "READ THIS BEFORE POSTING A PROBLEM" thread, telling users to post: Specific error they recieve, listing system information, etc.

Alot of time is wasted because people say:

"oive got dis ting wit da fing stoppin it forom doin art, it append wen i dl porn!!!!!!!"

Not quite but, you get my drift. :D

Lol...
Yeah that's what i was going 2 do,make's a big difference when giving your OS ,before you ask a

If u made a read before posting topic i dont think anybody would take any notice of it.

i did make one in the (all n00bs please read) thread
but i don't know how 2 make it a sticky...

any ideas?

I tried that...
I called it Trade secrets,
I said tht it'd be a good place to post titbits of information that might be usefull to someone, a sort of FAQ, Lord K stickied it.
Everyone ignored it, (except to have conversations about drink). then it was ignored a further time when someone wrote an FAQ post on how to re-install windows which subsequently got sticked. -soon there will be more sticked FAQ start here threads than there will be people starting new threads to ask questions.
I think the best thing that could be done would be for a mod or an admin to start a thread called something like start here, FAQ, or something simillar sticky it and lock it, that way anyone wanting to post in the thread will have to go through a mod meaning that it wouldn't decend into general chit chat.
Mods could also copy/move usefull posts from other threads into this sticky.
