hi
i am looking for a video card so i can have a tv out put. not for gameing.

here is two cards that i found. please tell me if these are compatible with my computer.

My computer is sony Vaio.
PCV-RX550
with 4X ADP nVidia TNT2 M64 video card.

my tv is about 10 feet from my computer. so do i need to get some kind cable to connct them?

if so what kind cable should i get.

You can search new egg with the stuff to the left.

There is a category called TV-OUT (COMPOSITE OUT)
turn that to YES.

That is what you will need for your tv. Any card what has composite out will work for your tv.

Well, you take the card and put it in the AGP slot of your motherboard. But you have to take out that TNT card before you do. After that you boot your system and insert the cd. You install the software on the CD and restart. You then can install the latest drivers and restart again. Then you are set.
