The only reason cooling has significant advantages in over clocking is because more heat can be disapaited into the cooler surroundings allowing more current to be pumped through the chip.
As the device gets colder though the semiconducting silicon begins to insulate,
the thoery of supercold superconductors only applies to metals, it does not apply to semiconducting silicon
