Well no - but who cares about the performance to price ratios? You want power - and the Intels give you raw power. No mamby-pamby graphics power: hardcore processing power is what an Intel gives you, and to hell with the price.

All I have to say is that the FX-53 is by far the fastest and one of the most expensive processors out there. Simply look at the gaming benchmarks. You cant look at Mad Onions crap because they are biased like most companies. Intel has the money so just like nvidia they pay people to optmize for their hardware.

sorry it aint . thought i had a case and i dont , but there aint anything init thou . they are equal it looks like . it can beat a AMD 64 3800+ in most tests .

the most trusted source on the internet for benchmarks proves the FX-53 is better for gamers.

The FX only looses once to the HT and that is only a 640x480 quake III game. no one is going to play quake at such resolutions.

The HT does win alot of the benchmarks for applications, encoding and such.
