Hard drive memory missing... HELP

Hidden files are on there just non in that folder...

And here is a pic of my PC at work

I high lighted everthing in the C drive, rightclick and went properties. Compare what im using in my C to the pie chart, can someone explain this??

you still have hidden files.
your setings are hidding system files.
if you show your system files you should findthe rest of your files. (system volume infomation, pagefile.sys etc...)

Well how do I show those files, I have hidden files turned on....

there is an option just below the show hidden files radio called hide protected system files, you need to uncheck this.

ok now it says im using the 17.4.....so where is the rest....says i have used 23.7
