thats why they give you plastic tools to work on monitors...lol
sometimes there is a hole at the back of the monitor where you can insert one of the plastic monitor adjustors....looks kinda like a double ended screwdriver....but whatever you do BE CAREFUL!
Is that the best you can do ? Computer monitors do not come with plastic tools,only onboard setting,just as modern TV Monitors do now.
I havn't adjusted my TV this way since the 60's.
