No

Just helping someone no matter where they are.
Are you one of those who think any different.
No wonder the world is falling apart then.
I'm trying to mend it.
:) :) :)

Trying to mend it with sarcasm and childish comments? The world is falling apart because of people like you and the American/British government.

notably not the canadian government though, so I don't see what country of oragin has to do with the state of the world,

I think thast politics is a objective issue.
For instance you feel that the American and british government are to blame for the state of the world, whilst the british and american government seem to believe religious fanatics are a great cause of the problem.

another example is; Disney are about to release a film saying how great life is in america, I saw a trailor for it on a new program yesterday (ITV news), the film is being classed as a political film, the people I was watching the news with laughed at the film and said what a load of crap it is. Yet when they watched bowling for columbine they went away saying how good it was, and how they thought it was all true.
Nobody will take this disney film about how great america is and how it is the land of the free as a fact, most will actually laugh at it.
yet I hear people quote from Micheal Moores book "stupid white men" as if it were gospel.

You have to remember that the news is just an interpretation of what is fact.

http://blugg.com/stuff/foxs_view_of_the_bbc_player.htm This prooves exactly what I am saying, this is an american news show, the presenter portrays his view of the truth. (regarding the hutton enquiry)...

However there are a few mistruths in the report he gives. (see if you can spot them).
Most notable the fact that the hutton enquiry was not an enquiry in to whether britain should have gone to war or the intelligence obtained before the war, it was an inquiry that centered around the leaking of sensative information to the media.

http://www.ofcom.org.uk/bulletins/prog_cb/pcb_11/upheld_cases?a=87101 This reports a few of the problems with that report.

If you look at the time of the report, this news report/personal view point, was given before any print media had been released in the UK (Newspapers covered the Huttom report on the 29th in the UK - It snowed, which went well with the white wash headlines!)

I got the two links from a different forum actually, and google is a great help to us all.

everyone has opinions so thats not what makes you clever, -it's how you put them that makes you sound clever.
Anything computer related of electronics related is kind of my specialist subject since I work as network and machine support for a software house, and I took a degree in electronics.

(is that cheating?)
