Lord, you'd need sufficient cooling or, as you say, it will explode (literally lol) in a matter of seconds. Check out some overclocking forums you should be able to get alot more out of that cpu. (beware! overclocking is highly addictive!)

Still only using air for cooling (Zalman 7000alu), so i dont think ill make the 4Ghz. had it working at 3936 but had some stability problems.

Just didn't have time to mess with the voltages.

Water cooling is my next project.

You'll all be able to laugh when I drown my system!

Yeh a soggy system will run super-smooth im sure! I really would love to see you running at 4gig tho

Lol - its still more likely than any of us with an AMD getting to 4Ghz! I'd need that Liquid Nitrogen idea I posted earlier.

i wonder if just generally putting bags of ice in your computer would make a difference (WHAT A BRAINWAVE!)? i guess the condensation wouldnt do it much good lol.
