WD Raptor Hard Drives and gaming

Ok. Yeah at the most the only thing other than gaming I might have on my computer would be some music files. I just can't decide what to do. For some reason it feels wrong going with a basic HD vs. the two Raptors, but you guys say it won't make a big difference for gaming other than load times?

If you think u have enough storage space already then by all means buy a raptor...I think that if you stick windows on one you will notice a speed difference in the OS in general. Games access times will increase too. If you feel that your storage space needs upgrading then a WD IDE drive with 8MB cache I recommend highly because it's quiet, one of the fastest IDE drives available and reliable.

Ok guys. Thanks for all your help on this matter, and thank you for being patient with my ignorance! I'm done with this posts unless anyone wants to comment on anything else, or has any more suggestions, I would greatly appreciate them! Thank you!
