CF downtime?

Is it just me or is anyone else just happily browsing through CF and getting page errors for like 5 seconds then its back to normal then again 20secs later etc. My internets working fine with other sites and, im not disconnecting or anything. Turned of my modem for a fresh connection and everything but still..
