Change the title,it's not rocket sicence.People still see this as a nero prob.Start a "new thread." How much ram is too much.

2 Gigs is probably a waste of money unless you want seriously big stuf running all the time.

I may upgrade to 2 Gigs for the Longhorn Beta; but before that I don't think there are many non-professional-Graphics-Programs which would need 2 GB RAM.

1 is probably just about enough.
