P2P network removal

I'm on win98 and I wanted to remove P2P network off of my computer. I already went to add/remove programs and removed it but it is still running in the background and it is still on my control panel.

Which Network is it? What Program is it from?

remve software

1) open task manager and shut it down fully before removing it
2) use spyware remover such as www.lavasoft.de

if its kazzaa then you might be stuck with it. I had to reinstall my computer after installing it.. its terrible
