taskbar problem

when i startup windows, my taskbar goes weird like this

as you can see from the screenshot, the active program buttons get squished to the side.
when I move it back, it goes back like that at my next startup.
anyone know why it keeps on going to the side?
and how can I move it so that it'll stay at its normal spot permanantly?

Now i got it,go to Control Panel/add/remove and remove google or anything else that bugs you.You will soon learn that this will happen,
You have to take control.not google of "My Computer"
right click the tasbar for custom options.

He is talking about the WIndows Taskbar - not the INternet Explorer Task Bars.
