Yeah, its a bad thing to say but it seems to need to be done. Then uninstall AIM and install MSN! :D

The last bit obviously isn't required.

AIM is good. The ISP sucks, but their messager is good.

Have you not seen the GUI in AIM! Its dreadful! The way it is set up is dreadful, the options are Dreadful! It is generally dreadful!

No. I haven't seen the GUI, since I use it every damn day. -_-

The options are actually pretty good. If there was some way to combine :

MSN's ability to change names
MSN's games
MSN' GUI
AIM's Invisible Mode feature, yet you can still send people messages without having to become visible again
AIM's Away Messages feature
One of AIM's add on applications, DeadAIM for being able to log into multiple accounts and also log all convos, including pictures.
YIM's Offline Messaging feature (aka, one user is offline, you can leave him a message that he will see when he next get's online)

... You'd have a perfect messager. :)

msn plus has some of those feturs like
being able to log convo
if a user is of line u can leave a message for when gets bk

but yeh if u had a service tht did all tht damn it would be great
