Hi all,
Just hoping someone can help me out please.
My pc will start up and ask me for my password. After this it will proceed to the desktop but the background will not appear. When i click on anything, the time icon appears and disappears after a short while and nothing will open. I can't turn it off either because the same thing happens. I have to plug it out.
I have started in safe mode and scanned for viruses and found none. I have also tried to restore to last known good configuration but that didn't work. Any ideas, i'm really stuck.

It sounds Hardwarey ish to me what is your computers specs and what version of windows.
