Help-Locking Files

Please Help Me. Is there any way that I can lock files in my computer to stop other users from accessing them when they're using it? Files I'd like to lock include....word documents, excel, jpegs. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help.

You could make the files that you don't want hidden when you are not using them, that way whoever can't even see the files....

Put them in your Documents Folder - other users can't see them if you've said that they can't.

So make it just that,a family computer.One where Mom and Dad holds no secrets.What are yours ?

Lol - he has a point! If they shouldn't have secrets from you then you shouldn't have secrets from them. If you can do it - what will stop them from asking us and them doing it?
