help me my internet keeps doing that stupid WINDOWS HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM PLEASE SEND TO MICROSOFT ,SEND ,DONT SEND thing and is really annoying me! WAT DO I DO???!!!!

I'm not 100% sure on this, but if you uninstall IE and either reinstall or download it and do a new install, it might work, something to try...

Nah, don't bother doing that; go to Windows Update and update all of the Critical and all of the Windows ones. You probably have most of them. Then; if it does it again, send the error report and see if it tells you anything about the problem.
