What is the problem?

You don't like downloading at 150% of what you paying for?

Or are you saying 1.5kbps? If this is correct, then you need to stop download stuff on Kaaza.

1.5kbps is about 30X slower then a 28.8 modem. This post would have taken you over 20 minutes to show up on your screen.
