It's not as hard as you would think...and yes, you would have to write a compiler for your language. My team is working on a similar project.

Yeah, but time consuming and not really worth doing at the moment. maybe in time I will!

We are creating a compiler that will be able to build to multiple platforms using code from multiple languages...of course one of the languages will be our own....its going along quite smoothly
