I get a message saying that I shouls increase the pixels in the screen area from 640X480.

My problem is,I am unable to move the slider bar with the mouse to increase the screen size.
Can anyone help.

That will be because your graphics card/drivers can't support anything higher, update the drives or get a new card.

Who or what sent the message.This is very unusual.Please supply more info about this computer.640 x 480 goes back to 1993 and Windows 3x.
