Grey streaks across monitor screen

I've been fighting these grey streaks across my monitor screen for months, I tried deguassing, didn't work, so I went and bought a new monitor today...same thing. I suppose it's the video card? I've tried every setting change I can think of, but cant get rid of them...Anyone have any ideas what it could be?

RE-install the drives or check for newer ones.

Do as David said, if that dont work, check see if the card is seated right in the AGP slot (if its an external card), Also (if you have a mobo with 2 AGP slots if your using an external GFX card) try putting it into the other AGP slot. Also, check see if all the cables are connected right

If none of them work, more likely than not the cards on its way out
