How to optimize your PC?

Does anyone know how to optimize your PC? Can you explain what this is and how to do it? Thanks.

Well you can change some configurations to make it run faster or look into overclocking your system. Or just upgrade the whole thing.

Get rid of progrrams and things you don't use to free up space trust me you will notice a diffrence if you have alot of stuff on there . Defrag just basic clean it up.

Check the registry in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run for anything that you do not running at Windows startup. You can also substitute LOCAL_MACHINE for CURRENT_USER.

Okay i'll try some of thos suggestions. If you have anymore please feel free to tell me. BTW i've heard you can tweak your memory to get more performance. Anyone heard of this? Thanks.
