School Competition

There is a competition going on at school and i have entered but to give my site more flash i want to make one of those flash sites . Like this one i can't reamber the name of what type of site it is:
Like this www.adventcomputers.co.uk .
So basicly what software can i get for free which will help me make one of these type of sites and is it easy.

Well it is basicaly a flash template. You just have to come up with something in flash.

How do i do that? Do i use macromedia studioMX (i think thats what it is called)

I use macromedia flash mx 2004. It is incredibly easy, you will understand it all on the first try. Hope it turns out good.
