Well, I like good ole HTML (but I take it you don't count that as a web preogramming language, but I also like PHP (and If I knew more I'd probably like it the best). There is a new language in development (XWML; www.xwml.tk), and It should be a great language once its complete (Its still in fairly early development). But anyway, I guess I'll just vote for PHP
