HTML Form script on e-mail

Iv just updated my site and the contact us page has a on board e-mail lay out made in html in a form. when eny one e-mails me the righting goes a bit like this:-

from;+daniel;,sub;+technical+support,...... etc.....

i was wondering if any on new how to or no of a script which would lay it out in a readabl form eg like this:-

from: daniel
Sub: technical support
......etc....

can some one please help me with this or even give me the code or the hole lot. thanks from dan

Yeah, just do it with the CGI script.

Well, You can just change the format with the CGI script that you are using.
