This is probably the most announying thing ever.................
Okay.... I downloaded the CSinstall 1.5 thing. But I ended up canceling the download. And now I can't delete the file.
I've managed to replace the file with other files. However, even when I replaced it it can not be deleted. (Like I can replace it with a setup file, and actually run the setup).
It keeps on saying that the program/file is in use and that I should close it to delete...... however it isn't running......... I've restarted and shutdown numerous times. I've tried using programs that write over the file again and again.... it doesn't work.........
I need your guys help. Maybe you guys know of a program that forces zeros onto files?
Any solution?????
