Subscribing to Forums

How do I subscribe to all the new Posts made in a Forum?

Because I'm finding it Hard and Arduous and Time Consuming to Open so many Threads and Forums AND THEN to check for new posts in such a huge range of Forums; I like to check inside almost all the Threads of all the Forums in General and Technical and I thought maybe there is an easier way whereby an e-mail can be sent to me at a new post so I may view it and perhaps even respond if I feel like it. Like a permenant Subscription to General and Technical! Because that would make this an awful lot easier!

You should get an email when someone responds to a post you have participated in. Are you not?

I do now, I found it was a problem with my MSN account - I don't know what but I've switched to a Bonbon.net one now - so 'tis all sorted!
