Programming Programs

I really want to learn C#, sounds like the best one of the lot - although of course it would be better to learn more than one, but that will have to be the first.

Does anybody have any recommendations about Programming Programs? Its most likely that I'll get Visual Studio 2003 Enterprise (got a friend, lets not go further about that!)

Any ideas then?

Studio is probably your best bet.

Yeah, thats what I thought too! Bloody expensive too; if I didn't have friends in VERY low places.

I had a book once of C# for CGI!

What is CGI? (I'm probably going to feel really silly when I hear what it is)

Common Gateway Interface. A wasy a web servers talk to PCs. Uses languages such as PHP perl etc and can use C and C#!
