Yeah, the vid is a little weird. My interpretation is that he is in a nut house and she is sacrificing herslef so he can get out. That is why the word 'gotcah' is on the clipboard as in got you out.
Others seem to think he is seducing her to put her in there so he can escape.
What does everyone else think?

I think that when the vid starts off, where Fred is in that room, with Halle comin towards him, i think that the glass that seperates the 2 is supposed to mean the blue eyes, thus Fred is looking at Halle through blue eyes (aka the glass). So when they switch around, and Halle is in the room, its Freds way of showing her what its like to be behind blue eyes.
