I think the information / problem in this thread is vital. What operating system are you using anyway?

Does using Linux is too complicated if the user is comfortable using "only" windows?

umm... no. I dual boot linux slackware and windows xp professional on my PC, and have linux slackware on one server and red hat linux on another. Then I have 2 Windows Server 2003 enterprise edition servers.

Thank you :)

Actilly the 2 windows 2003 servers belong to my boss, but I have the administrator password. :)
One is a web server and the other is an exchange server.

What is 2K3 like? I am considering it.

It doesn't run as fast as a Linux machine with the same specs, but it you are willing to spend more money on hardware, the software is worth it.

Its a lot like Windows 2000, but a server. :)

If you've used Windows 2000 Professional and liked it, you will like Windows Server 2003. Almost guarenteed.
