There will be/is a add on to Send SMS. Please look at "SMS to Desktop" In Technical, Computer Programming.

Here is the download link, http://www.btinternet.com/~al_hibberd/download/SMS1.exe. Remember don't send too many messages and only send a message when it says "Online" like in the pic.

Send Free SMS Messages To Mobiles! Remember to put +44 and not 0 in the mobile number.
e.g 07788991122 changes to +447788991122

It won't send
