It would appear that it can't connect. Are you sure your connection is working?

My personal oppinion is that the quickest and easiest way to sort it out would be to download MSN Messenger ( messenger.msn.com ) and delete AIM! That would sort everything out! Either that or use AOL; then it'll work but nothing else to do with the Internet will!

Two month free trial on MSN Explorer! Downloading it right now - I love MSN Explorer - just don't love paying for it! Can't wait until they get a Broadband Sevice in the UK!

MSN is fabulous. A Side Bar with unlimited information; MSN Encarta Premium, Photo, 30MB Groups Space, Advanced E-Mail, Outlook Connector, Download Manager, Calendar, Address Book, Messenger, and oh, so, so much more...!!

March 4th, 2004, 08:15 PM
Why is that good for you?
AIM can't get better; there is a terminal point whereby something has sunk so low it is impossible to pull it back out of the pit it dug for itself!

March 4th, 2004, 09:06 PM
Because it means more people will go on BlueShadowz

Yeah, AIM and Yahoo are each terrible! The GUI on MSN Messenger is far superior to both the GUIs on AIM and Yahoo put together!

What? I do however now know that you can talk to AOL people and Yahoo people on MSN.
You know what? I should make people address me as your Lordship!
Novartic_
April 22nd, 2004, 10:59 AM
uer i know that you can talk to them as well bit it says that it can verifie the address.
Lord Kalthorn
April 22nd, 2004, 06:08 PM
Lol! Don't address me as Your Lordship then! :p
Sometimes it does - but AIM and Yahoo are free and easy. I've installed Yahoo 5 seperate times in the last month to talk to people who have it and then uninstalled it afterwards!

Nah - I just dislike the idea of having Yahoo or AIM on my Computer while the Computer is switched off. Don't want it to seep its gruesome slime about the inerds do I! :D
