Salutations,
Does anyone here know anything about Cellular Telephone programming?
Could someone show me a tutorial on that?
or teach me if you can, and if you're willing to help with my project that would be great.

it really depends on what you want to programe,
and the device you want to programme it on, I mean are you trying to write firmware or applications.
most phone applications can be programmed in Java.

well... it really depends on the phone that you have.
and the opperating system that the phone runs.
for phones that use windows mobile then you are best to use either VB or C# for mobile devices, but for symbian phones java is the best bet.
sorry, but it really seems the best advice is to look here.

thanks :)
it didn't really help though :(
But does anyone know where I can find something that will teach me all about cellphones?
Like the different OSes, how they work, languages, and misc stuff.?
Thank You. :)

OK... lets start from the begining...
what is your target platform.
(take a look on your phone, there should be an about option somewhere on it that will tel you all about the phone...)
for instance mine says
Copyright (c) 2003 Nokia. All rights reserved. Nokia and Nokia connecting people are registered trademarks of Nokia Corperation.
This product includes software licensed from Symbian Ltd. (c)Symbian Ltd 1998-2002. All rights reserved,
(folled by the picture of the Java coffee cup).
Java(tm) and all java-base marks are trademarks orregistered trademarks of Sun Microsystems, inc stac (r) LZS (r), (c)1996, Stac Inc, (c) 1994-1996 Microsoft Corperation. Includes one or more US patents: No...
when you know your target platform then you can decide on the technology to use.

Mine doesn't have an about option :(
This is a Motorola (I love Motorola :D)
at least I don't know.
is there a special code to type in or something?
but i meant cellphones in general, to learn about everything about them :)
