ooooo, that is old school stuff. Well, I shouldn't really say that, but in computer years, it's getting smoked by all the current stuff. It will work nicely, but what are you planning on doing with this computer? If it's gaming, then you'll need a much higher performance motherboard + CPU.
I suggest getting a motherboard that supports PCI-express and uses Socket 939. I'm just looking out for you...

Wow, that is a budget. I am using that exact same website where you got your stuff because your out of the US and I know Newegg won't ship there. Here's the best I could find within your limits:
MSI K8N Neo4-F SKT939 PCI-E Dual DDR400 SATA & ATA Raid GB LAN
http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/specpage.html?MSI-K8N4F
Retail Boxed AMD Athlon 64 3500 Venice Core 512k 90nm Socket 939Pin
http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/specpage.html?AMD-64935V
The CPU maybe a bit much, but the other one was completely sold out and says something like 200 Overdue. In case you're wondering what CPU is that, it is the Athlon 64 3200+ Venice core. The 3500+ is better anyways, hence the higher price.
