I recently had my computer cleaned out so as i could start from scratch. This was mainly due to the sasser worm which seemed to keep coming up even when i had installed numerous amounts of updates to try to get rid of it. As i re installed broadband i connected to the internet for the first time since the clean out and in 1 minute the shutdown message appeared.
I am able to terminate this system shutdown however when i do i cannot log on to msn messenger as it tells me my sign in name or password is incorrect.
Is there anything i can do to solve these problems i have?
